Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.

  • Collate and distribute mail.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

Experience:

  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Should have 1-2 year experience in UAE as an Admin Assistant.
