Responsibilities

  • handling office task such as filing & generating reports
  • deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system
  • photocopy and print various documents
  • organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • coordinate with accounts on some invoices
  • liaise with staff and with external contacts
  • performing other relevant duties when needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills especially using excel
  • High School Diploma or Degree Holder
  • Good communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software is a plus
