Administrative Assistant
The role:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Administrative Assistant for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
- Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Collate and distribute mail
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Ordering office supplies
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Handle executive summaries and directives
- Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct supervisor
- University degree in finance or another relevant fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Administration, already based in UAE
