Responsibilities

• Support the entire application lifecycle (design, test, release and support)

• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, readable, and testable code

• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

• Design interfaces to improve user experience

• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards

Requirements

• MUST speak and write Arabic fluently

• Proven work experience as a cross-platform Mobile Developer

• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Apple App store and/or the Google Play store

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Familiarity with OOP design principles

• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

• Ability to perform in a team environment

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Familiarity with continuous integration

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and converting existing Java code into Kotlin

• Experience in the development of native libraries
