Architectural Drafter

Description:

Prepare architectural drawings based on the specifications

Draft layout drawings of the given structures and ensure tasks are completed within the required time frame

Generate several versions of designs and present them for review

Assist in preparing drawings to be used for tendering purposes

Job Qualifications and Experience

At least 2 to 5 years of experience working as an architectural draftsman

Must be an expert user of AutoCAD

Must be highly skilled in the development and preparation of layout drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets as well as other data sources

Familiarity with CAD design and drafting techniques

Strong knowledge in reading, interpreting, and using related documents as well as drawings

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Should be able to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results

Expertise in 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop is highly desired
