Description:

As Admin

1) Dealing with email enquiries.

2) Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting and conference facilities

3) Data entry.

4) General office management such as ordering stationary

5) Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

6)Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.

As assistant accounts:

1) Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks

2) Maintain company ledgers.

3) Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders

4) Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them

5) Manage payroll activities and release salaries

6) Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors

7) Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank

8) Create daily reports for management and team members
