Jardin De Parfums is looking for a passionate ,energetic Boutique Manager to manage our Retail Store
Job responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of Luxury Boutique
- Coach and develop the team to meet store targets
- Build customer loyalty by using clienteling methods.
- Maintain a leadership presence on the sales floor
- Strong business sense and ability to drive results, products and fashion sensitivity.
- Proven ability to manage large teams
- Strong leadership and high sensitivity to client experience.
- Ensure the participation of the store team to training sessions in order to develop and strengthen their knowledge on products and customer service
- Be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently and effectively manage it according to KPIS, and proposing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in managing a luxury boutique.
- Arabic Speakers are preferable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-up skills
- Perseverance and determination
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in line with Jardin De Parfums expectations
- Passion for excellence.
