Opening for Brand supervisor/ asst manager for a cosmetic & Fmcg Distributor in Dubai.

REUIRED SKILL SET

Should be good at communication, business development & brand management is focus, must have 2-3 yrs experience in similar industry, female preferred, open to travel especially in Middle East .

1) Brand Supervisor / Brand Custodian- Brand Management of Personal Care brands

2) Sales Management - Tracking Sales achievement versus target and undertaking BTL

acitivities, meeting distributors & retailers for exhausting the inentory and achieve the set

brand targets. Managing Promoter training to ensure sales are achieved. Managing Promoter

training to ensure sales are achieved by running incentive schemes for them. Closing the

monthly targets with the ASMs.

3) Merchandising - ATL BTL activation, Branding & Merchanising for increasing visibility

(Display Units, Shelf Strips).

4) Competition Mapping & Market research - Closely tracking the upcoming trends in

Skincare category. Tracking competition performance for for upping our brand performance &

undertake new product development.

5) Influencer Marketing, Product Sampling & Designing Creatives.

Salary up to 12000 Aed
