We are hiring Business Analysts in Abu Dhabi with experience in the Insurance Sector.
The Business Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Business Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex-to-complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Business requirements collection in coordination with middle to the senior-level management team. Challenge the status queue and add value to requirements. Thoroughly understand the system features and should be able to perform impact analysis. Support in preparing traceability matrix, building test cases for functional testing, carrying out functional testing, managing stakeholders at all levels. Support on problem-solving, process documentation and project coordination

Knowledge, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Business Qualifications and Knowledge:
5 or more years of experience in the Insurance domain - Motor, Life, Medical and Commercial LOBs
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Bachelor is Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Any PMP or Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
Functional knowledge of SDLC.
