Description:
A large holiday homes management company in Dubai, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their international dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, working on solutions
- Identifying specific business opportunities
- Using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which the organization can operate more effectively
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Interpreting and evaluating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Coordinating with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
Requirements:
- University degree in business or related field or an MBA
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- 1+ year of experience as a business analyst/project manager in hospitality industry in UAE market is advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
