Business Analyst Intern

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Business Analyst Intern who will be responsible to assist the Investment Manager with portfolio management and value creation initiatives for O Boticario, UAE. Responsibilities including analyzing past sales performance and prepare promotional strategies, support with investor reporting, and business development across trade channels.
 

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report by point of sale across retail, e-commerce and distribution
• Analyze past sales performance by product category, sub-brand and location to identify trends and issues, if any
• Prepare promotions analytics, and forecast sales simulations on a weekly basis
• Prepare dashboard summaries to understand the targets achievement and decide on the actions to be taken to adjust to the trend.
• Liaise with Trade Marketing coordinator with developing new points of sale across trade channels and review commercial terms with each partner
• Attend monthly calls with brand partner and support the Investment Manager with commercial negotiation
• Support with other ongoing portfolio management activities including liaison with regulatory authorities, licensing authorities, mall management among other ad hoc tasks as required.
