Business Development Executive

 

Description:

· Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

· Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and visiting the physical location if necessary.

· Identify partnership opportunities.

· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.

· Drafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

· Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and convert leads to sales.

· Follow complete Sales Cycle of claiming a Lead and closing it to the Sale.

· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

· Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

· Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

· Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

· Achieve or exceed your sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus.

· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

· Build leads database for new business formation.

· Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the use of IT Services, Social Media Management, SEO or Backup Solutions.

· Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service.

· Represent the Company professionally in both client and networking situations.

· Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content.

· Attend networking events to promote company services.

 

Requirements:

· The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience

· Previous sales experience in relevant field and education are a plus

· You have strong communication and presentation skills

· UAE valid driving license is a plus.

 

Salary & Benefits:

· Basic Salary of AED 5,000.

· Medical Insurance and Visa Benefits will be provided.

· Incentive Program implements after the probation and exceeding the Sales Targets.

· 6 days a week working days.

· 9 hours a day working time excluding breaks.
