Description:
1. Identify, meet and develop client base to promote Freight & Logistics services.
2. Achieve set Sales targets.
3. Continuously focus on strategies of cross- selling and upselling to increase customer base.
4. Research & create database of clients / Industry through cold calls & focused market target.
5. Execute team strategies for market coverage & development.
Desired Skills:
1. 2 - 5 years of field sales experience in Freight / Shipping Industry in UAE.
2. Excellent command over spoken & written English
3. Excellent Negotiation & Presentation skills.
4. Should be self-initiator, and have engaged skills of Prospecting, Sales Planning, & Selling.
5. Should be Enthusiastic, ambitious, confident and motivated by Target based incentives.
6. UAE Driving License is a must
