Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform the duties and assume responsibility for the production of all items.
- Take responsibility in maintaining the preparations of all items as required for the daily menu, events and special promotions.
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine on the supervision of all personnel assigned.
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine on consistency and quality of all product preparation and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Kitchen Management experience in a luxury Hotel and experience managing a multi-cultural team is essential
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Must be locally available
- Can join immediately
