Looking for experienced Chief Financial Officer - CFO in Sharjah, UAE

Job Key Details

- Create business strategies and plans.
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
- Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations and tax departments of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
- Review and approve of statutory filings involving financial information.
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
- Assist in transnational funding and fund raising of subsidiaries and associates.

Experience Required (UAE & Home country): 20-25 years

Languages Required : English & Hindi

Education Qualification/Skills
1. Preferably Double Graduate in Corporate Secretary ship and General Laws (B.A. and BGL)
2. Executive MBA
Location : Sharjah

Salary : AED 15,000 - AED 20,000/- (depending on the experience) + company benefits
