What you’ll do:

• Assign daily task prioritization and tracking progress, milestones and flagging risks of various project types including website refreshes and onsite sales and email campaigns
• Facilitate meetings/communications with cross-functional teams/departments
• Consolidate creative feedback and effectively communicating changes to the creative-content team
• Prepare and manage project schedule
• Work with the Project manager to prepare and maintain project plans, prioritization, and forecasting.
• Build stakeholder relationships and deploying effective communication skills

What you’ll need:

• Bachelors in Project Management or a similar field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred
• Thrives under pressure
• Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Experience with tools like: Asana, Trello, SmartSheet, or similar project management platforms
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must, Arabic added advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
