Creative Strategist

Socialize is looking for an exceptional Strategist to join our small but powerful Strategy team. Reporting to our Strategy Director you'll be an experienced brand thinker taking a data-informed approach to creating concise, creative strategies for our Clients.

As a problem solver, our strategist will have the opportunity to work on new and existing clients, across different sectors including: FMCG, Retail, Sport, Government and more - helping to identify & understand challenges, and provide strategic solutions to solve them. You'll have the foundational skills of a strategic planner and proven experience in a strategic function within a creative agency. A desire to apply thinking born from culture is of paramount importance.

You must have demonstrable experience of wowing the client - presenting well, understanding the client’s needs, and creating opportunities. We expect you to interrogate and challenge, to get to the core of what will move the needle for each client; thinking strategically, thinking long-term, and working with the client as a true partner.

We're also looking for: 

• An impressive understanding of social platforms and their capability,
• An understanding of consumer behaviour in the broader culture and across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions,
• The ability to write and deliver inspiring creative briefs,
• Experience of working alongside creative teams to execute these briefs.
