Requirements:
- Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Retentions & hitting targets.
- English & Arabic Language is a must. Hindi language would be an added advantage.
- Salary +Commission Based
Job Details:

- The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions
- Strong and positive telephone skills.

- Familiarity with data entry and analysis
- Handles Credit assessments & makes appropriate determinations as per company guidelines.
- Critical thinking skills needed to mitigate credit risk and maintain credit control systems.
- Achieving Daily & Monthly targets
- Improving debt collection processes, negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of financial activity.
- Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
- Hard-working, Confident & Self-Starter.
