Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

  • Employee has to do the reception duty as well insurance desk
  • Patients registration and billing
  • Insurance billing
  • Review of claims in HMS and EMR
  • Update and maintain claims and document lists
  • Report missing or incomplete documentation
  • Flexible in duty time in case of staff shortage
  • Work as a team sprit
  • Willing to work in split duty.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
