Customer Service Representative (females are preferred)

responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• per day 9:00 am started to 8:00 pm off duty.
• per month 2 days off duty, per 2 weeks 1 day off.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Job benefits :

1-Basic salary: 2.7K to 3.2K 

2-Commissions: according to performance 

3-Accommodation: the company will provide the staff with bed space in its apartments in Dubailand or other places.

4-Transportation from and to the company.

5. company will provide 2 meals per day for each staff.
