Job Description:
- Will be responsible for operational aspects of all assigned events & instore promotions
- Coordinate all event & promotions logistics and execution; and financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Will interact with both internal and external clients and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect organizational skills.
- Manage all sponsor deliverables before, during, and after each event.
- Develop and adhere to event plans and timelines, including internal and external deadlines
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including venues, vendors, materials suppliers
- Act as a point of contact for clients – on-site and in advance of events/promotions and gather client deliverables and secure client approvals
- Work with creative teams on the creation and preparation of event collateral materials etc.
- Be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events & instore promotions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years planning event/promotions/Merchandising operations experience
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
- Highly detail oriented and a self-starter
- Able to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong record of customer service

Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
