Hiring Customer Service Representative
Salary upto 5,000 depend on experience
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Cadidate must be in UAE with UAE Experience
- Air, Ocean and land Freight- Import or Export experience in freight forwarding with leadership experience will be an advantage.
- Processing various Declaration in E-Mirsal along with duties DP world and Liners and coordinating for status arranging inspection Request and Clearing the Shipments. Arranging Transportation of Cargo from End to End. Arranging preclearance and delivery of Cargo & Follow up for Duty refunds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Knowledge of all Import/Export regulations and documents
- Providing support to Director and sales team to identify & develop account and opportunity approaches.
- Converting inquiries to orders by quoting the best rates & services.
- Maintaining daily Shipment reports and dashboard handling FCL & LCL Shipments both in Ocean & Air freight Sending pre-alerts to Customers before shipment arrival. Coordinating with the origin offices for booking release timely.
- Negotiations with Carrier / Customer & maintain profitability.
- Handle & resolve critical client issues.
- Maintaining clients’ future shipment planning and giving updates regularly on current shipments.
- Create and maintain reports on a daily & weekly basis. Supervise Sales Support.
