Customer Service Specialist

Description:

Luxury fashion brand based in UAE since 4 decades is looking for a Senior Sales Executive.

Requirement -

-Must have at least 2 years experience in Menswear / Bespoke tailoring

-Ability to work under monthly targets

-Interest in Fashion / Styling

-Ability to build sales strategy

-Confident in customer service

-Good presentation & communication skills

-Experience in dealing with VIP clients

-Understanding trends and being up to date in mens fashion.

-Ability to expand the client base as much as possible

-Networking with businesses to increase corporate clients

-Knowledge of suiting fabrics and the tailoring industry

Job Role -

-Ensuring sales team is working at full potential

-Coming up with monthly strategies with entire team to help achieve targets

-Planning & executing seasonal offers

-Researching fashion trends and staying up to date with ongoing styles

-Complaint handling, turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer

-Flexible timing to work as deem required, which may include and exhibition attendance (local and international).

-Supervising and working with designers, master cutters and tailors team members

-Arranging / coordinating visits to potential clients. 

You will be working with business leaders from across the world. Your job is to ensure they are provided with the best customer service and arrange meetings with them as per their convenient time & location. It will be your responsibility to ensure you close orders and keep up to date with the client’s requirements.
