They are looking for a Trade Support & Front Office System Manager. You will be entirely responsible for Allocating customers and groups on all trading platforms. Additionally, the role of Development of Trade Support is being developed to meet future business demands. You are also in charge of adding and settling markets in a timely and correct manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves administration and instruction of the Trade Support staff.
• You must take the initiative and lead all client trading activity.
• Defining upcoming workflows and implementing relevant technology and infrastructure initiatives in collaboration with the business, operations, and technology.
• Working together with the IT department will guarantee continuous platform availability.
• You are required to make sure to escalate problems to the appropriate IT professionals.
• You'll be responsible to represented business in relevant internal and external working groups.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess 10–12 years' minimum experience in the international financial market.
• Must have a minimum of five years of managerial experience.
• Quite an acquaintance of assessing and pinpointing risky locations. Determining the most effective practices, putting them into effect, and, in some situations, influencing the risk and project agenda.
• keeping track of accounts, clearing, settling, understanding markets, and selling.
• Must be skilled in mentoring and guiding young personnel.
• Effective communication skills required to interact internally with other departments and externally with clients and relevant authorities.
• It will be crucial to be open to discussing a broad range of topics at all degrees of depth.
