PR and Digital Account Director
DIGITAL
- Overall responsibility for assigned social media accounts
- Understanding of the social media strategy for assigned clients and the overall direction and nature of calendars
- Creation of strong annual / campaign / quarterly plans for assigned clients
- Client lead on all day to day communication with clients - calls, emails, weekly updates, and monthly catch-ups
- Coordination of shoots for content – working with the internal team, or external suppliers
- Guiding the visual direction of the work produced at shoots - art direction, mood boards, photo shoots etc.
- Attending / coordinating photoshoots with the clients and the team to ensure that monthly deliverables are met
- Copy editing of content calendars
- Oversight and approval of content calendars - static and story calendars
- Training and mentoring a team of AEs, and interns
- Troubleshooting and helping with technical issues across social media and digital teams
- Influencer management - approving, contacting and curating influencer lists across for different clients and campaigns
- Providing on ground support during events / activities – overseeing the team to create engaging content onsite
- Accountability for community management / posting on behalf of clients as and when required
- Sharing monthly / quarterly / annual reports with clients in a timely manner
- Following up on approvals / client requirements and required deliverables in a timely manner
- Setting up internal and external processes to simplify the team's workflow / workload
- Boosting / creating social media adverts - boosting posts, stories, and reels
- Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
- Coordinating with accounts team on the monthly boosting spend that was undertaken for clients
PR
- Overall responsibility for assigned accounts
- Day to day client lead for communication
- Development of strong annual / campaign / quarterly PR strategies
- Experience implementing media relations strategies
- Proven experience with digital influencers
- Ability to write strong copy in English
- Strong media contacts across the GCC – with a focus on news, business and wider corporate contacts
- Sharing monthly / quarterly / annual reports with clients in a timely manner
- Following up on approvals / client requirements and required deliverables in a timely manner
- Setting up internal and external processes to simplify the team's workflow / workload
