The Qode is looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Manager to join us!
Responsibilities
- A candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing and who is comfortable working on a range of luxury consumer accounts
- Plan and effectively execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
- Develop and manage website content
- Skilled in audience segmentation and persona targeting
- Balances daily client requests alongside support of account teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects that align with client goals and vision
- Successfully manage a team
- Align digital objectives with business priorities and marketing strategy
- Schedule calendars and monitor delivery and engagement
- Run digital campaigns (paid and organic)
- Implement SEM/SEO strategy
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Motivate members of the team to get creative with tasks
- Develop strategic responses to projects
- Plan and optimize social media calendars (in-feed & stories), working closely with various clients
- Engage in daily client relations
- Plan logistic around live capture and publishing across multiple platforms
- Brief content requirements for campaigns, projects and regular communications incorporating data learnings, trends and best practice, to the content production team and the client
- Working with Key Opinion Leaders on campaigns, from strategic concept development, to negotiation and implementation
- Create comprehensive reports with content performance learnings and devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement
- Identifying opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with clients and communities
- Strong understanding of all platform metrics and functionalities
- Staying on top of trends and proactively sharing with all teams from all departments
- Train PR teams in social media, alongside the social media team when necessary to widen the scope of work for Digital PR

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree minimum
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Arabic
- Excellent organizational skills
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work off hours and attend events as needed
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of the GCC markets with key insights into the luxury sector
