We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who has worked in user acquisition, retention, and engagement for a consumer-facing technology company. As a User Acquisition & retention marketer, you will acquire and engage users for our App, while leveraging Facebook, Google, Apple and other self-serve programmatic ads platforms and other acquisition and retention channels.
You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, launching, and running campaigns daily, email marketing, optimizing creatives and other campaign parameters.
Reporting to the CCO, the position of Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive word of mouth and implementing a user growth strategy for the Company.
Responsibilities:
● Developing strategic plans for the Branding and Communications of the product, to achieve the vision of the company.
● To work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies
● Manage user acquisition campaigns, including Facebook, Google, Ad networks, and other DSP networks.
● Implement marketing initiatives for consumer engagement and retention.
● Coordinate between the various external agencies that the company has engaged for Creatives and Performance marketing in Dubai and the internal company resources located in India.
● Create and implement campaigns to drive footfall/installation to apps.
● Implement and manage a dynamic email marketing program
● Launch and manage an influencer marketing & affiliate program
● Manage long / medium/short term acquisition strategies thru Programmatic /SEO/social media/Black Hat techniques and any other relevant platforms.
● Define media buying strategies and drive campaigns to meet the goals.
● Test, explore and develop new targeting opportunities through campaign trends, analysis, and industry insights to acquire high-quality users.
● Conceptualize, test, and optimize ad creatives to improve creative performance.
● Launch UA campaigns in a systematic manner to target the right audience with the right messaging.
● Creative Concepts: research the market and the target group of users and define creative concepts that can attract more users.
● Creative Requests: execute the creative request from building the concepts to producing tens of different variants in an effort to improve the efficacy of creatives.
● Manage monthly social media strategies, provide active oversight and sign off on social media, branding, design, copy, and traffic flow
● Overseeing communications and materials to maintain brand standards
Requirements
● Candidate must have at least 4-5 year’s work experience in digital marketing
● Experience with a Consumer facing App involved in user acquisition, retention, and engagement is a must
● Experience with email marketing and online newsletters
● Management of social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and YouTube – creating and curating content, social influence building.
● Understanding of online marketing and measurement metrics
● Graphic design, photo editing, and retouching skills is preferable
● Some knowledge of audio/video editing using iMovie or Final Cut Pro will be an asset
● With hands-on experience on executing campaigns
● Ads and/or Google Ads/SEO/social media
● Familiarity with CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, and LTV
● Organized and able to work independently
● The resourceful and collaborative approach to solving problems
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
