The Emiratization Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the proactive, strategic and forward looking plan for the ongoing growth of the Emiratization program. The post holder will Champion Emiratization initiatives working closely with senior stakeholders to attract, develop and retain Emirati talent at all levels of the organization.

The position provides data & analytical insights to the Director of HR. furthermore, it coordinates the full life cycle of Emiratization processes, such as sourcing, onboarding, individual development plans and professional development. It also includes but is not limited to the following:
 

  • In partnership with business stakeholders; leads & champions the Emiratization agenda in line with the HR and business strategy.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to ensure annual headcount budgets include incremental Emiratization targets.
  • Assist with training requirements to support the growth of Emirati talent
  • Act as a supportive role for all the Emiratis colleagues to ensure the full understanding of the company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate open days & career fairs,
  • Serve as a link between leadership and colleagues by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Ensures that all the Emiratization documents, policies and procedures are up-to-date, and in compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Creates and maintains Emiratization reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Oversees monitoring of KPIs, ensuring processes are in place to monitor and meet approved KPIs.
  • Establishes and/or maintains good working relationship among Colleagues through constant and open communication, briefings, meetings and teambuilding activities.
  • Oversees monitoring of performance reviews for Emirati trainees.
     

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
 

  • University Degree
  • Training Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in HR
  • Very good command of English and Arabic languages, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software programs.
  • Ability to plan and tracking
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others as a team member.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with Kronos or similar 'time and attendance' software.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, LMS, Oracle and Maximo, or similar software systems
