Job Description

We are seeking a customer service and detail-oriented Employee Services Coordinator to join our team. The Employee Services team helps to support employees who have questions or issues relating to HR, benefits and/or other needs. Will troubleshoot and provide assistance to all employees and managers, collaborate with the broader HR team and escalate issues for resolution where necessary.

This role will also contribute by building process documentation and reference material for employees and managers, while helping to maintain HR intranet pages and systems to promote easy access and self-service.

  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate employee records, including troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Adheres to internal controls for verifying HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness and ensure edits and corrections are performed appropriately
  • Execute the separation process for terminating employees to ensure final documents are prepared and stakeholders are notified
  • Act as a steward for all HR data, promote data integrity, quality and cleanliness across all systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the global HR function to ensure an integrated approach to HR Operations support
  • Provides basic reports out of Workday, and assists with creating custom reports when needed
  • Support the local HR Business Partners with HR data needs
  • Documentation of processes, FAQ’s for HR Operations team
  • Proactively look for ways to improve and streamline internal processes
  • Contribute to preparation of reports and presentations for HR meetings
  • Ensure new hire and termination records are accurately created and processed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Stock Admin, Travel to facilitate inquiry resolution.
  • Research and provide customer service/problem-solving assistance to employees, and managers.
  • Work to resolve all issues/questions within 24 hours of email inquiry.
  • Serves as a resource to employees and managers to promote the use of Employee Self Service functionality.
  • Processes employment verification's (VOEs) or direct inquiries to vendor where applicable.
  • Build process documentation for employee/ manager self-service – reference material for distribution.
  • Maintain HR Intranet Pages, and HR Systems to promote easy access and self-service

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
