Description:
M&H Global DMCC an international pharmaceutical trading and distribution company with offices in India, New York, Singapore and Dubai is looking for an Executive – Logistics, M&H Global for its Dubai Office for its and its Dubai based affiliate companies’ operations.
Key role elements include:
The Incumbent will be responsible for handling and managing supply chain for pharma materials, Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics and Distribution functions in compliant with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Create export and import documentation in support of movement of Pharma goods
- Support internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate internally with finance and business partners, freight forwarders for timely and accurate shipment releases and deliveries
- Work with various carriers to schedule shipments, track shipment status, and provide timely PODs
- Supervise daily dispensing of pharma material and shipping
- Supervise the scrap disposal process and prepare required documentation thereof
- Collect, analyse, report data and working with carriers and internal partners to create meaningful metrics
- Perform & prepare monthly analysis of shipping data and report to management
- Perform & prepare trending analysis and own related reports, identify necessary corrective actions and driving implementation
- Prepare for any Quality, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Finance Audits / Inspections and attend to the auditors, and assist in compliance of audit points thereof
- Complete all daily operations in compliance with all International/Federal/State regulations
- Responsible for drafting SOPs and creating manuals for logistics/supply chain
- Responsible for storing of materials
- Additional tasks as required
Education & Experience:
- B.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Trade Compliance or other related field with an experience of 4-5 years working in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations
- Experience in handling international logistics
- Ability to adapt to rapid change, wear multiple hats, and work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision
- High attention to detail and above average organizational skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws & regulations
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills
- Multilingual would be an added advantage
- Candidates staying in Dubai with Indian Nationality are preferred
Salary: 5000 AED + visa + ticket once a year
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday - 9am -7pm
