Description:
- Responsible for monthly production target.
- Plan, organize and coordinate production.
- Ensure material availability at each work center.
- Coordinate with foremen on each section for briefing and managing output.
- Set daily target for each work center based on product type.
- Coordinate with night shift foreman to set work center wise target and monitor the output
- Manage and rearrange work force based on daily target.
- Attend urgent orders as special line and meet the commitment.
- Monitor progress on hourly basis and make changes if necessary.
- In-charge day to day supervision for production workers by being on the shop floor and ensuring the monthly target is met.
- Check the quality of incoming/outgoing materials
- Responsible for driving cost cutting initiatives.
- Assist team for conducting VAVE drives.
- Test and inspect materials during and after productions.
- Prepare production reports.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the manufactured items.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Educational Qualification And Expericence Requirements
- Engineering Diploma/Degree
- 5+ years of experience as production incharge
- Door Industry experience is a plus
