Description:
- Answer telephones with great enthusiasm and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Has experience using CRMs and Broker's pads ( Training provided as well ),
- Meet and greet clients and visitors with great joy and happiness.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, PDF and etc.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for and distribute UPS / FedEx / Aremax packages.
- Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Have fun on the job
Abilities required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette.
- communication skill.
