Female Front Office Receptionist

 

Description:

  • Answer telephones with great enthusiasm and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Has experience using CRMs and Broker's pads ( Training provided as well ),
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with great joy and happiness.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, PDF and etc.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Sign for and distribute UPS / FedEx / Aremax packages.
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
  • Have fun on the job

Abilities required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette.
  • communication skill.
