Field Sales Supervisor– Al Ajban Chicken
Role:
- Control, direct, and manage sales activities in assigned territory
- Lead and supervisor a team of van salesmen and merchandisers
- Achieve territory sales target and support individual team members to achieve their target
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and are coverage
- Ensure customer service in terms of order fulfilment, merchandising, frequency of service, and complaints handling
- Control wastage through forecast accuracy
- Negotiate and close big deals with wholesale customers
- Ensure collection within the agreed payment terms
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Interact and cooperate with other members in the organization for smooth operation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience as team leader in FMCG industry. Preferably poultry and/or dairy.
- Good spoken & written English. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Computer literate
- UAE light vehicle drivers’ license
