Finance Manager

Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for Managing all the financials of 7 Salons branches and 1 back office. Manage the finance & accounting department. Produce all the financials reports monthly and on time. Provide financials advice and strategic financial planning to the CEO.

Responsibilities:   

1. Build an accounting team within 15 days within the budget given.
2. Fix & close the accounting books for 7 branches and produce P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement monthly.
3. Simplify all accounting process to be more efficient in producing all financial reports in a quicker and systematic and efficient way.
4. Set financial objectives for each branch and set targets for the Salon Managers.
5. Provide training to new salon managers on P&L and how to manage individual salon budget and expenses.
6. Manage and organize budget of all back-office departments.
7. Manage cash flow budget for all 7 salons including the back office.
8. Provide financials advice and strategic financial planning to the CEO.

Required Competencies:

1. Leadership & Management skills: Able to Manage and lead an accounting team to produce the required outcomes in the most efficient way.
2. Experience in hiring and team building of finance and accounting.
3. Experience in training & coaching.
4. Great English Speaker & good communication skills.
5. Financial planning and forecasting.
6. Higher level advance accounting knowledge and Professional Chartered Accountant Certifications
7. Accountable & Responsible.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting.
2. Professional Chartered Accountant Certifications
3. Minimum 5 years G.C.C work experience.
4. Previous Experience as a Finance Manager
