Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed. • Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed. • Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments. • Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems. • Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes. • Set up, maintain, and organize department's central files, information, filing, and messages. • Provide administrative support to the Facilities team. • Records all monthly productivity data and prepares detailed monthly management reports that outline compliance with established SLAs/KPIs • Data entry, creation, status update, closing, and tracking of all work tickets • 10-Actively monitoring task progress and chase up completion as applicable

Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines • Ability to develop strong working relationships and operate within a multi-functional environment • Strong customer knowledge across channel • Strong administrative skills and ability to provide administrative support • Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to work unsupervised • Excellent PC skills (knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Able to provide the strongest levels of customer service at all times
