Description:

Ensure that fresh food items are cleaned, packed and displayed as per UNION COOP standards in order to ensure the customers are satisfied and sales target is achieved.

Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the packing area, scaling and display area at all times.

Maintain good personal hygiene standards.

Clean, cut and repack of fresh food Items as per the customer and display requirement.

Pack all fruits & vegetable and other fresh items as per the set guidelines in a professional manner.

Prepare items for defrosting and repack defrosted items in suitable containers.

Refilling of ice on the display table or for displayed fish as and when necessary.

Prepare packaging materials and make bags using laminated roll paper.

Always weigh the quantity accurately prior to packing.

Pack all fresh food items as per the set guidelines in a professional manner.

Provide accurate barcode and price while labeling.

Deliver completed items to the showroom display area and handover them to the merchandiser.

Follow first in- first out rule while packing and displaying items.

Follow the food & hygiene policies as per guidelines of HACCP, SOP and municipality guidelines.

Ensure that the correct barcodes are used for labeling of –items and price labeling should be aligned with the display of the items.

Follow Superior instructions and achieve maximum productivity in nominated working hours
