Front Desk Officer

We are on a search for a pleasant and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, with excellent customer service skills, while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

This role is extremely important for improving client’s experience and satisfaction – the goal will always be making our guests feel welcomed and satisfied in our office.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Requirement:

Degree or diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field

1 to 2 years of front desk or customer service experience

Hotel or Airline experience will be a plus

Immediate joiners preferred.
