Description:
We are looking to fill two new roles in our Design Team for experienced Graphic Designers / Illustrators (2 positions are available - English language and Arabic language)
We are looking for strong candidates who can offer the following:
- Expert-level technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop paired with a passion for creating brands that truly speak to the core of our clients’ identities
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign for the design of booklet and magazine collateral items
- Strong understanding of formatting artwork for both digital and print media including colour proofing and colour space conversion
- Experience in brand design for event-specific requirements
Additionally, to become a successful member of our design team, we are looking for candidates who can:
- Comprehend and respond clearly, creatively and intelligently to a design brief
- Ensure accurate time management and meet assigned deadlines
- Conceptualise project-specific content that supports the mission and goals of the client
- Work constructively as part of a team or act as a lead designer on a project-specific basis to apply a singular aesthetic across multiple brand elements
- Show a clear ability to think in design terms, brainstorm productively and creatively, explain and visualise initial concepts and ideas, as well as troubleshoot and problem solve when required
- Offer an in-depth understanding and adherence to brand guidelines for each project
