We are currently looking to recruit an experienced graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of contents across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on the requirements and present ideas to the Reporting Personnel and amend as per the feedback.
2. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design along with attention to detail.
3. Constant communication with the concerned Marketing Division to develop and deploy their content and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within the given timeframe
4. Create engaging, informative and motivating creatives focused towards the target audience.
5. Provide and receive constructive criticism to create quality output from the Marketing Department.
6. Use the appropriate colors, font and layouts for each graphic.
7. Work with the concerned Marketing Division to produce final design i.e. content writer, photographer etc.
8. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
9. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, signage, email templates, internal Company document template, presentation, landing pages, websites, uniforms, business card, car wrapping, sign board, showroom decoration etc.
10. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
11. Build and manage a graphics calendar
12. Build brand guidelines by ensuring the company standards are being followed. Update as and when necessary.
13. Create artwork in various sizes to be used on different online and offline platforms
14. Update website artwork as instructed by the Reporting Personnel.
15. Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel.
16. Develop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards.
17. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in the respective area of expertise.
18. Update and highlight the latest trends and best practices for both online and offline marketing to the Reporting Personnel.
19. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful findings to the Reporting Personnel.
20. Monitoring competitors position online i.e. websites, social media and provide brief feedback to the Reporting Personnel.
21. Ensure every task carried out is ‘Google friendly’.
22. Ensure every task carried out is in line by international and local laws and regulations i.e. across social media, mention of news about renowned people or brands, customer images and feedback etc.
23. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
24. Confirm the correct usage of all content ensuring in line with the Company standards.
25. Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the Reporting Personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks to be in line with the Reporting Personnel’s instructions and approval.
26. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5 years experience as a graphic designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required publishing tools.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
