Job description

Working for a luxury global travel wholesaler, this vacancy is for a Guest Services Agent to manage ground services requests for UAE destinations, primarily Dubai. The booking service includes meet and greet services, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, tourist attractions, excursions and private luxury tours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Convert enquiries into bookings
• Coordinate between Finance, Operations, Reservations, and Product
• Support adequate coverage by committing to flexible shift work

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years high end guest services experience in Tourism
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills.
• Natural Team Player who is self-motivated and target driven.
