Guest Services Attendant

Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with delivery, move in and move out

• Properly handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages.

• Assist residents/guests at the residences doors ( perform as a doorman )

• Work along side with Residences Concierge

• Handle the phone calls both internal and external according to standard and act upon it professionally.

• Coordinate with valet parking team, ensuring Residences driveway is well managed

• Ensure storage rooms are well organised, keep tracking system up to date

• Display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with owners, tenants , employees and outside contractors.

• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by residences management

Preferred Qualifications :

• 2-3 years experience working in a luxury service environment
• Strong command of English
• Prior front of the house operational experience preferred
