We are seeking a well connected, executive level Business Development Director to lead the expansion of the company client base. This opportunity requires:

• A deep understanding of the industry and a proven track records in acquiring new business in the Call Center Outsourcing market.
• Deep knowledge of the Call Center Outsourcing market size, expansion possibilities, limitations and penetration strategy.
• A deep to knowledge in Business to Business targeting Banks, Insurance companies, FMCG, IT, Mobile operators…
• Good connection with clients in the industry covering mainly the GCC.
• Good knowledge of the competitors and cost structures.
• Identifying and qualifying business opportunities and bring on board new clients.
• A contribution to the management of the company as a whole, as a member of the senior management team.
