Requirements
- Marketing Strategy + Planning: Own the definition of our marketing strategy, including ideal client profile, channel selection and prioritization, and budget and resource allocation.
- Content Writing + Development: Develop a comprehensive content plan including blog posts, social media content, press releases, and editorial; serving as a writing resource in addition to overseeing additional copywriting resources as required.
- Marketing Analytics + Technology: Develop reporting for marketing efforts, and be able to analyze data pulled from Google Analytics and other platforms.
- Collaborate with multiple departments across the agency to produce exceptional work that elevates the Film Gate brand by:
- Closely measure and monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives; Deliver cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
- Concept and create new projects that align with overall marketing objectives
- Write and present creative briefs for all marketing projects
- Bring high attention to detail + strategic lens to every project you touch
- Brief and collaborate with the creative team on asset development for all content, campaigns, and assets needed to execute projects, leading strategy and managing business needs to meet project goals
- Brief and manage creative concepting, production, execution, providing key strategic insights and thoughtful feedback and approval of all creative executions
- Manage monthly budgets for creative production, paid media, and digital paid partnerships
- Provide insights into paid marketing and owned channel trends to inform customer acquisition efforts
- Assist with implementation and execution of all aspects of client's lifestyle-driven, national-scale projects including but not limited to TV, print, third-party partnerships, digital, promotion, experiential, PR, and sales communication.
- Prioritizes tasks and project deliverables to ensure daily activities are managed in a timely, accurate manner on a daily basis
- Oversee creative trafficking amongst various team stakeholders to ensure all required program sign-offs are secured
- Develop and consistently update communication materials for and with the field to ensure understanding and effectiveness of marketing programs
- Handle all client timelines and weekly status report
- Manages vendor invoices and timelines
- Develops field communications/status updates
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, research, and create presentations
- Assists on projects and event planning as needed
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, advertising, or related degree
- 4-6 years client or agency experience

- Experience in acquisition, digital performance marketing, or related industry with past direct oversight of programmatic display, retargeting, paid social, SEM/SEO, and funnel optimization
- Experience working with and managing creatives (copywriters + designers), as well as project management skills
- Solid understanding and interest in performance marketing KPIs as well as the digital marketing landscape, trends, and changes in channel and platform regulations
- Collaborative and curious; willing to proactively engage other team members, fostering a strong collaborative team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage your own timelines and priorities as part of a cross-functional team, and collaboratively meet deadlines in an agile environment
