Description:
Aspire is in partnership with a multinational pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire for a Head of Sales.
This role is primarily responsible of all the sales activities in the country, that involves of taking responsibility of profit, revenue and targets.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day operations are in alignment with overall company policy, strategy and direction.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business.
- Ensure that a sales force business plan exists and is put into effect, actively monitors key performance indicators and ensures field force effectiveness.
- Conduct sales meetings to analyze sales reports, monitor progress and develop plan of action.
- Responsible for country inventory management; ensuring products availability
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry experience with 4 or more years as Sales Manager or Business Unit Head.
- Strategic thinker with a strong operational, structured and thorough working style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales force management, inventory and high standard of customer service.
- Bachelor s degree in pharmacy or related science.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
