- Minimum 5 Years in UAE as Payroll Officer
Brief Job Description:
- Compute and Process payroll of 300+ staff in accordance with policies and labour law
- Process End of service settlements, Over Time payments and Leave Salary
- Coordinate Trainings (Internal & External) as per the requirements of the company
- Monitor and Review the performance appraisal process of the company
- Ensure all HR documents and Process are in line with ISO standards
