Description:

We are in need of a highly organized HR Executive with profound technical skills with qualifications as follows.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management.

• With knowledge in UAE labour law especially with benefits and overtime.

• Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must.

• Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a corporate set-up handling 250 plus employees.

• UAE Experience Mandatory.

• Knowledgeable in directing the HR processes which includes applicants sourcing/recruiting, interviewing, training and evaluating candidates

• Experienced in managing Recruitment and PRO colleagues including the creation of employee programs in the company

• Knowledgeable to handle and conduct disciplinary actions

• Be able to update policies for the company

• Be able to maintain employee’s records

  • Be able to work on HR software and ensure all records are updated.
  • Help PRO with applying for visas, etc. on company internal system.
  • Work with colleague to ensure uniforms are issued in line with company procedures and records kept.
  • Work with training coordinator to ensure all training records are mainatained on soft and hard files.

• Be able to conduct benefit and salary remuneration analysis for both existing and new employees
