Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement the IT Policies and Procedures as per company norms.
• Assist and train users in their automation of day to day transactions and hardware/software relates problems.
• Maintaining and administering computer networks including system software, applications software, hardware, software and configurations.
• Perform site to site visit for backups and maintain their Network connectivity.
• Configure VPN and Wireless and LAN troubleshooting.
• Desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Performing recovery operations and date backups when required.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolve hardware, software and other network and system issues.
• Maintaining and monitoring Virus protection software and email applications.
• Maintaining and monitor the servers such as Backup Servers, Email Servers, Antivirus and Firewall Server.
• Install software, Network/Software troubleshooting, Remote Access troubleshooting and configure Network Printer.
• Install and monitor CCTV (DVR or NVR).
• Assist IT Administrator on updating patches, Software updates, backup strategy etc.
• Manage the IT Assets inventory using ERP software.
