Description:
Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking for an IT Security Officer to join our growing team. Candidate must have a 4-year degree in Computer Science or related curriculum with a minimum of 1 year experience in all aspects of security, infrastructure, network and system administration and management in financial services or Fintech industries. The incumbent is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of Al Ramz and everything in between. The services under the responsibility of the Infrastructure Manager are typically the underpinning (or supporting) services, or infrastructure, that enable the delivery of customer-facing IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide support to issues in network, devices, and first call resolution to software application issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond to technical support in a timely manner to service issues and requests across the company.
- Asset maintenance by updating the incoming and outgoing of assets in the inventory.
- Perform daily infrastructure monitoring checklist.
- Perform and validate scheduled backup.
- Ensure their accounted systems are smoothly working, regularly maintained and is effective to be used by business.
- Directly work on projects or change requests to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support escalated by front liners.
- Manage all access request and issues related to providing & maintaining access control raised in ServiceDesk.
- Perform regular maintenance of access standard profiles and privilege accesses.
- Provide support related to access and extend help to assist IT Support team.
- Adhere to Al Ramz policies and procedures
- Manage systems backups
Qualifications:
- Mandatory to hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum One (1) year of experience in all aspects of security, infrastructure, network and system administration and management in financial services or Fintech industries.
Competencies/Skills
- Arabic language is preferred.
- Knowledge of networking operations.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity techniques
- Knowledge of infrastructure operations.
- General understanding of software programming and systems design.
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience using JIRA system
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
