Interior Fit-out Draftsman

Description:

Al Rayat Decor is a Turnkey Interior Fit-out company and is currently looking for an AutoCAD Architectural & Joinery Draftsman with ample UAE experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Site visits, taking accurate measurements and meet up with clients / consultants
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including but not limited to plans, layouts, sections and elevations
• Prepare detailed joinery production drawings for factory and client approval
• Ensure feasibility of design and that the design elements comply with relevant authority regulations
• Prepare BOQ as per drawings and specifications
• Prepare 3D proposals and visuals (Not Required but Preferred)

Skills & Knowledge

• Ample experience and knowledge of UAE fit-out practices and joinery details
• Experience in UAE retail, corporate and residential sectors
