Role : IT Officer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsible to - Head of IT department

Location : AL AIN

Salary : 8000 up to 15000 AED Per month - As per interview skills

 

Job Objective / Main Purpose of Job

And providing service technical support on the Microsoft Dynamics system in the club and its companies and helping users to perform their tasks using computer systems and programs.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibility

§ Addressing all problems that occur in the Microsoft Dynamics system.

§ Create a development plan on the Microsoft Dynamics system according to the needs of the club and its companies.

§ Ensure the electronic security system of Microsoft Dynamics.

§ Submitting periodic reports on the Microsoft Dynamics system and the latest developments and making the necessary comparisons for management.

§ Assisting in the follow-up of periodic and emergency maintenance operations on the Microsoft Dynamics system and software within the club.

§ Work to increase the effectiveness of the Microsoft Dynamics system.

§ Prepare all user requirements after referring to them and discussing these requirements.

§ Work to take backup copies of programs and information within pre-established plans for this purpose.

§ Permanent and continuous development at work.

§ Performing any tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor.

 

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

§ Work experience of not less than two years in a similar field.

§ Familiarity with Arabic and English
